Cathy’s Faculty

Cathy’s Creative Dance School employs a staff of technically trained and experienced dance educators.  All teachers have pursued performance dance or acrobatic sports education at the university and/or have danced at the professional level.  Our school follows the Dance Masters curriculum and syllabus lessons for Classical Ballet, Ballet Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Acrobatics, Modern and Preschool Dance.  Ballet instruction includes the Cecchetti method syllabus and exams.

Miss Cathy Zeysing

Miss Cathy is the owner and artistic director of Cathy’s Creative Dance.  She holds a Bachelor Degree in Elementary & Secondary Education, English, Reading & Dance from the University of Central Missouri and University of Missouri Conservatory of Music and a Masters Degree in Creative Arts from Lesley University.  Miss Cathy is certified by the Cecchetti Ballet Council in Levels I, II, III and IV.  She has had DMA Dance Teacher Training at Kent State University and is Kindermusik certified.  Miss Cathy is a Show Troupe coach.
